A full-stack MOC system for a nylon manufacturing site: 5×5 risk matrix, three-discipline approvals, pre-startup safety reviews, and an immutable audit trail. Replaces a five-figure-a-year commercial EHS platform.

Putting an AI analyst in front of IQMS/Oracle ERP data
Built a Model Context Protocol server exposing read-only IQMS and dataPARC data to Claude. Plant questions answered in seconds, against live production data.

One front door — a portal that turns internal apps into modules
Instead of a sprawl of standalone web apps, one SSO portal: a single login, per-user access tiles, an aggregated task feed, and an architectural rule that every new system ships as a module inside it.

Replacing a 24/7 third-party security monitoring contract with a self-managed UniFi stack
Cut the Securitas contract. Built an in-house physical-security platform on UniFi Access + Protect. ~$40K/year recurring savings with better coverage.

Designed and built a Proxmox virtualization cluster with replication and a real failover path — hosting every internal web app the business runs on.

A scan-read-rename-file pipeline that takes incoming documents, extracts the fields that matter, names them to convention, and drops them in the right place — then emails the updated list automatically. An estimated 1,000 hours a year of manual handling, gone.

Redesigned two-site network with full VLAN segmentation, plant systems isolated from office traffic, faster access, fewer outages.

Employee Tech Documentation — an in-house replacement for spreadsheet IT
A custom Flask + React asset tracker with MSAL/LDAP auth, audit trails, and M365/UniFi integrations. Deleted the IT spreadsheets.

Radio monitor with speech recognition — solving a very specific plant problem
RTL-SDR + Whisper speech-to-text pipeline that listens to plant UHF radios and alerts when keywords are called. Built mostly to tell me when my name comes over the radio.
